Meet Jill
Jill’s journey into yoga started in the late 90’s when she was a group fitness instructor. She took an Iyengar-based yoga class and loved the felt the peace and calm during the final resting pose. This lead to a life-long journey of learning more about yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda.
