Started in 2013 as a personal journal to share thoughts and ideas on health and wellness. The focus is on cultivating Wellness from Within using the ancient practices of yoga, movement, meditation, and ayurveda. I found this approach to wellness to be most useful for me, when life became busy and chaotic.
