I am a idealist who loves fresh food and the outdoors. I am constantly exploring new ways to enjoy this world. I am a Scientist and Professor who studies Aging (or rather, anti-Aging). I have over 2 decades of experience in human physiology research. I am amazed at the adaptability and complexity of the human body and strive to find ways to optimize healthy aging. In addition, I am a dedicated yogi, 500 hour RYT, former fitness instructor, and a Certified Holistic Health Coach.
